Yes. But it's not Amazon. Every shopvalanche design is printed/embroidered on-demand and shipped to you by a third-party drop shipping company called Printful. Printful works with a lot of custom retailers and has a huge inventory of "blank" items from big apparel companies and manufacturers (e.g. Champion, Richardson, Comfort Colors) along with the machines to put the custom Shopvalanche designs on these items - then sends you the final shopvalanche product.

So, when you place an order in the shopvalanche Printful will automatically receive your order, print/embroider the Shopvalanche design onto the blank product, and send it to you. The benefit is that it keeps prices low for Shopvalanche customers since we don't need a huge inventory to get bulk pricing, nor do we need the staff actually make and send the product. The downside is that it can take awhile to get your stuff, typically 1-3 weeks - it's worth the wait though!

Yeah, we know.. But it's cheap which keeps prices on everything low! The key is don't use the browser's back button after you've added a product to the bag. Here are step-by-step instructions:

1. Choose the product you want from the catalog on the shopvalanche page.

2. Select the color & size (if multiple options), and click "Add to Bag".

3. If you want to add another of the same product/design, select the color & size of the second item and click "Add More".

4. If you want to select additional products/designs from the catalog don't click the browsers' back button, do click "Back to Catalog" under the name of the item.

5. You can view your bag by clicking "Shopping Bag" at the bottom of the page.

6. After you have added all of the items you want, click "Go to Checkout" in the shopping bag or on the product/design page after you have added the last item you'd like to buy.

The shipping costs are set based on your location by the store's fulfillment service, Printful. Expect about $4 shipping for apparel, but final shipping costs may change based on the products and their quantities in the order. Below is from Printful website:

Printful’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

• Issues with print/embroidery files

• Products being out of stock

• Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (support@printful.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

No. DJ Avalanche wants to make every item affordable in order to spread the word about the brand! So, while there is no markup from The Avalanche Store, there is a slight profit made by the store's fulfillment service Printful and the rest covers their cost of inventory and processing, printing, and sending you the products you ordered from The Avalanche Store. PayPal handles all payment for orders placed on The Avalanche Store website.
